S a l t y Salon & Goods is located in Kitty Hawk North Carolina, the heart of the Outer Banks. Salty Hair is an Organethic Pure Care focus salon. Most would say it is a cozy + bright space. Our desire is to make all of our guests feel welcomed and relaxed. We strive to satisfy our guests with any and every service they receive. We love helping people look and feel like their best self. We fully believe in the products we use on our guests and ourselves at Salty. Esther Faith // Owner & Stylist
Esther Faith is the owner / lead stylist at Salty Hair Salon. She grew up right here on the little strip of paradise we call Kitty Hawk. Esther received her training at Paul Mitchell the School Nashville, Tennessee. She became a hair stylist because she loves bringing out the best in people. What better way to do that than to enhance their natural beauty? She loves all things cosmetology, but especially enjoys balayage, blonding and cutting. As a born and raised beach babe, she draws her inspiration for Salty Hair from the ocean, her love of surfing and the laid back beach culture of the Banks. She hopes that our bright and intimate space can be a day escape for our guests while feeling comfortable and right at home.
Forest Davis // Owner
Forest is the Husband of Esther Faith. He was born + raised on the Outer Banks. He manages our socials and enjoys curating the Salty brand, manages the Salty Team and encourages them on a weekly basis. Esther and Forest work together well as a husband + wife team. They both have so much passion for their little slice of homeland and they draw a lot of their inspiration, passion, and vision from the culture of the Outer Banks.
Shea Presgraves // Stylist
Shea was born and raised here on the Outer Banks. She loves living on the coast and being outdoors. Growing up she always had a passion for working in the beauty industry. She is Paul Mitchell educated, she attended The Rudy and Kelly Academy, A Paul Mitchell Partner School in Virginia Beach. Shea specializes in Blonding, Haircuts and Styling Wedding Hair/Makeup. She is always eager to learn new techniques/styles and believes it is important to continue education throughout her career. She loves all aspects of being a stylist. Mostly being able to make someone feel good about themselves.
Sierra Jones // Stylist
Sierra, an Outer Banks Native, has been working behind the chair since 2015. She want to cosmetology school at Rudy and Kelley, a Paul Mitchell Partner school in Virginia Beach. Sierra has been part of the Salty team since 2017 from the very start. She specializes in balayage, haircutting, blondes, and bridal hair. Sierra enjoys spending time with her family and living a healthy / active lifestyle.
Cordelia Fuller // Stylist
Cordelia is an Outer Banks native. After she gradated from NC State, she realized hair was her passion. She went to cosmetology school at Paul Mitchell the School in Costa Mesa, California and returned back home after receiving her license. She is skilled in blonding and balayage and loves achieving natural, lived-in, sun-kissed hair. Cordelia has always been creative and loves the challenge of transformations! She is continually staying up to date with her knowledge and skills.
Elizabeth Eshack // Stylist
Elizabeth was born and raised on the Outer Banks, NC. Like many of the other talented stylists, she attended Rudy & Kelly a Paul Mitchell Partner School in Virginia Beach. As a mother of five, she very much enjoys coming to work! Loves to help her guests pick a style that meets their hair goals, whether it be something simple or a transformation. Her strengths behind the chair are blondes! She loves natural highlights and adding some spice when requested.

Caris Faucette // Stylist
Caris, while she is a native of North Carolina, she is new to the Outer Banks! She studied cosmetology at Leon’s Beauty School in Greensboro NC and has been doing hair for 3 years now. She specialized in lived in color and balayage along with bridal styles. Her favorite part of being behind the chair is getting to make her clients feel special and forming relationships that last. She is excited to grow her clientele and have you sit in her chair!
